Welcome to Travel Bank
Travel Bank is an online feature that allows you to manage any credits you may have with Silver Airways. When you change or cancel a booking any refund will go to your Travel Bank account. When you make a booking you may use any money you have in your Travel Bank account to pay for all or part of the booking.
If you do not already have a Silver profile and a member ID then when you need to get a refund there will be the option to sign up. If you already have a Silver member ID then make sure you sign in using it to get refunds to your account and to be able to use any funds in your Travel Bank.
